PACE recognized Putin as illegitimate

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has declared Vladimir Putin’s presidency as illegitimate, following his fourth term in office and subsequent expected fifth term, citing his 23-year rule as turning Russia into a de facto dictatorship.
