Today I am thinking about a few things. The first one is the intense feeling of gratitude I have for all of you. Your support, your kind words, your love for Ukraine and how hard you fight. Keep going because you keep us going.
Prominently on my mind today is news that some of our students are no longer with us. It's a really hard thing to grasp. When these soldiers walk through our doors, we teach them to the best of our abilities and hope that it will help them when it's most needed.
I also always push the idea as far into the back of my mind as possible the possibility that they may not make it. I know better but I can't help it. We push forward and do the work anyway because we know it saves lives.
Thank you all for helping us do our jobs here. It makes a difference. The medical supplies you send, the coffees, the sharing of our posts, amplifying the voice of Ukraine and our voices. Keep going. We work in the memory of the fallen.
What are we doing for Ukraine today, my friends?
