Search and rescue operations have now been completed. The attack was conducted using KAB-guided bombs, Fedorov said. According to the National Police, the bombs exploded among a crowd of people between the infrastructure facility's administrative building and the road. The attack damaged apartment buildings, an industrial facility, and other infrastructure.
